The City of Ouray, Colorado is accepting proposals from qualified private companies or individuals to provide construction, labor, and materials for repair and improvements in the San Juan Room in the Ouray Community Center. Proposals will be received, registered, and publicly acknowledged up to and including March 18, 2019, at 4:00 PM at the City Hall offices, 320 6th Avenue. Proposals will not be accepted after 4:00 p.m. on the above date.
An onsite visit with interested parties is scheduled for March 12, 2019, at 9:00 AM in the San Juan Room of the Community Center – 320 6th Avenue, upstairs in the Community Center.
Construction may begin as soon as the contract is signed. Project completion will occur no later than May 3, 2019 unless extended, in writing, by the City for good cause. Pursuant to the conditions of this RFP, a contract with the successful bidder will be submitted for approval at the City Council meeting on or about April 1, 2019.
